From the first time we met Leslie we knew that she was going to be our real estate agent when it came time to buy a home. As my wife and I went through the process of looking at homes, we honestly felt as though Leslie was a family member. She looked at our budget and what we wanted in a home and found us the perfect community. Leslie was always available to answer any questions we had. As this was our first home, we were unfamiliar to the purchasing process and initially found it intimidating, but Leslie’s patience and professionalism made the experience easy. Throughout the process she was incredibly efficient, and when we put in a bid on a short sale home, she kept us informed through frequent updates. She is also extremely proactive. When we went into escrow she kept on top of the loan company and the escrow company to make sure that everything was happening on schedule. We are now very happy with our home and our neighborhood. Even though we don’t have any intention to move any time soon, when we do we will undoubtedly ask Leslie to help us again. Also, Carly helped us out a lot as well. When we could visit homes only at odd hours, Carly was very helpful in arranging times for us to visit and meeting us to take walk- throughs. She helped us through the inspection process, as well. In short, we got more than we ever could have expected while working with Leslie and Carly.
